3rd generation Baton Rouge, Native is the artist behind Fleur deSign Studio.
She started her Business in June of 2007 with the first of her designs. The very popular design Fleur de Tigre’ was created to cover what Louisiana is all about. The Fleur de lis it self is showing our French heritage here in Louisiana and the Tigers eye show what is so important to many people in our state Lsu Football. The Fleur de Tigre’ has been loved by so many that her company has grown to produce products with the design on it. T-shirts, Jewelry, Car decals, framed art, magnets, umbrellas, Boxer shorts, baby clothes etc.
Soon after the success of Fleur de Tigre’, Fleur de Li’on was created at the request of Southeastern Louisiana State University.
In May of 2008 the Fleur for the Cure was started to help raise funds for Susan G. Komen to help find a cure for Breast Cancer. This piece was in honor of her Mother in Law who is a breast cancer survivor. Her company has continued to Grow from day one and many people have been collecting her designs. Some of the other popular designs that have been sought after are Fleur de Masque (Mardi Gras) Fleur de Mingo (flamingo)
The pink and brown Version of the Fleur de Tigre’ for all of the girls. Fleur de Tigre’ The Dunham School Edition, Fleur de Eagle (ST. John school).
She was then contacted by The Krewe of Tucumcari to create the Krewe favors for 2009. The favors consisted of a Fleur de Lis pin made for each guest. It was Fleur de Lis with a music note, the theme was Dance,Dance,Dance. She also created a Fleur de Lis that will be an official crest for the Krewe.
She has also sold jewelry made of sterling a diamonds that can be purchased exclusively at Lee Michaels fine Jewelry and her own family business Lagniappe Frame Shoppe, inc.
Along with the Jewelry she is designing for Lee Michael she is designing a Christmas Ornament that will be sold this Christmas 2009. It will be the first in her Louisiana series.
Her home décor series of Fleur de lis has been a huge hit. The Fleur de deco, Fleur de Papillion, and Fleur de Cartouche. These Items can be seen in art prints sold by Many local stores and The Aston Company, out of Katy, Texas. You will also see these designs in Jewelry, coasters.
Manual wood workers and Weavers signed a contract with Stacey to make Afghans, pillows, tote bags and tapestries. They have been very successful with the product.
The newest products to be produced are garden Flags by Evergreen Enterprises and the coolest cooler on the Market. Stacey is designing ice chest produced by Coolawraps inc. you will find most of her designs on the ever so popular Igloo Ice cube 12 qt all the way up to the 165qtATV cooler on wheels. Great for Tailgating.
